Starting 1st October, if your food arrives late, Deliveroo will cover your delivery fees for a week.
Deliveroo introduces on-time guarantee, a new offering that ensures late deliveries are compensated. This is the first time any delivery brand has implemented such a bold service in the UAE. Now customers can purchase with ease of mind knowing that if their order doesn't arrive on time Deliveroo will cover the delivery fees for their next five deliveries. All orders over AED30 will be eligible to the on-time guarantee service where customers will have to redeem their five free deliveries over a period of seven days. The launch aims to improve delivery service and provide instant compensation to customers that experience delayed deliveries. The on-time service guarantee will only apply to orders that are being delivered by Deliveroo riders.
