In order to raise awareness for Breast Cancer, Deliveroo has partnered with Ignite's Pink is Punk, a highly popular event returning to Dubai on 4th October. On the day of the event, for every order placed from Deliveroo's Editions restaurants (JLT, Hessa and Business Bay), Deliveroo will donate AED 5 to Pink is Punk to raise funds for breast cancer awareness and research. Customers can get their favourite meals from Deliveroo on the day, with no extra charge, whilst knowing that their purchase has donated to a great cause.
Pink is Punk is an event held every October in Dubai where runners get dressed in all pink ensembles that also include fancy superhero costumes to show their superhero support. The event comprises of a 3km run followed by a swimming event, perfect for contestants to cool off during October's weather. This event is designed for all ages and fitness levels as it is created for a purpose that raises awareness and donates to the research behind breast cancer all the while engaging thousands across Dubai in their contribution to the cause.
