Editions are Deliveroo's delivery-only super-kitchens that bring new, exciting restaurant brands to different areas. Editions sites host 'super kitchens', specially designed only for the cooking and delivery of specific cuisines. By being a part of Editions, restaurants are able to expand without needing a physical presence in the area, enabling restaurants to reach new customers. Deliveroo uses its insights to identify cuisine gaps in the local market and predict which restaurants will succeed in different locations. The current Editions sites in Dubai are situated in Business Bay, JLT and Hessa St.
